(Outside of U.S. Mail Club) At the beginning of each month you will receive a letter in your mailbox! Each month is unique with one common theme: Collect, Inspire and Create!
(Mail goes out the first of each month, and cut off is the 20th of the month prior. Example: to receive May’s letter you must have subscribed by April 20th. )
To Collect: A 5×7 photograph, picked by me each month.
To Inspire: Each month I write a letter to you, almost like a journal entry. I hope my words can be an encouragement to you. I talk about the process of making the photograph, details from the month and looking forward. Every few months, I also like to invite another artist to share their work and thoughts. It’s nice to share other artists with you as well.
To Create: With most letters, I include a small art practice. A few materials, directions or sometimes a link to video tutorial. Each practice is an art form I have experimented with. For me, expanding to multiple mediums has opened me in ways I can’t put to words. Being curious is a beautiful part of life, and my hope is that these “starts” will help you find more ways of expressing yourself!
Extras: Playlists, small sketches, bookmarks, calendars…you never know what I might add :)
