When will my Mail Club arrive?

I send the letters out the first of the month, USPS first class mail. The beauty of snail mail is that it’s a surprise when it arrives. There’s no tracking but within the U.S. it’s taking around a week or two, and everywhere else it’s around 4 weeks.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. No pressure, no commitment. You can create an account at the top right corner so it’s easy to keep track of your payments and subscription.
*If you signed up on my .buymeacoffee or PayPal you can contact me and I can cancel for you if you need help.
What if my mail is lost or damaged?

If something arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please reach out to me ASAP. If you are outside of the US and your mail doesn’t arrive within 6 weeks, please contact me and I will send you a new letter. Please double check your address as well, it’s easy to type on the wrong zip code.
Can I give this as a gift?

Yes!! All you have to do is make sure the shipping address is correct for the person you want to receive the mail. If you would like me to add who it’s from, please let me know by sending me an email and I will add your name to the letter.
