The Beautiful Mail Club is my quiet, heartfelt corner of the world. It’s a monthly subscription created for anyone who loves the magic of art, words, and connection. Each month, I gather the pieces of my creative life; photographs I’m working on, the sparks of inspiration that keep me moving forward, and the little thoughts I’m not always brave enough to share anywhere else. I wrap them all into something you can hold in your hands. Every envelope is personal. A moment of stillness delivered to your mailbox.

Your mail will go out the first of every month. Each envelope will include a 5x7 photograph, a letter from me and sometimes a little extra.

The title of this print series is “Reverie.”

Delivery times will vary. Within the US is approximately a week or two, and outside of the US could take up to 4 weeks.

  • Monthly Sign-Up Cutoff:
    Sign-ups received before the 20th of each month will receive the next upcoming mailing.

  • After the 20th:
    Sign-ups received on or after the 20th will begin with the following month’s mailing. Example: Sign up Nov. 19th you will receive December’s mailing. If you sign up November 20th or later, you will receive January’s mailing.

  • Mailing Dates:
    All Beautiful Mail Club envelopes are mailed out on the 1st of each month.

  • Subscription Cycle:
    Your subscription renews monthly and includes one curated envelope filled with art, words, and creative inspiration.

  • Address Changes:
    Please email me directly with your change of address before the 25th of the month. jackiedpalmerart@gmail.com

  • Cancellations:
    You may cancel anytime; cancellation applies to future mailings and does not refund past shipments.

  • Handmade & Variability Disclaimer:
    Each mailing is created by hand. Small variations in prints, materials, or colors are part of the charm and not considered defects.

  • Lost or Delayed Mail:
    Once items are shipped, delivery times are out of my control. If you do not receive your mailing within the month, please email me.

  • Payment & Billing:
    Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date of original purchase.
    Failed payments may result in a paused subscription until updated.

  • Gifts:
    If you would like to give The Beautiful Mail Club as a gift, please enter the recipient’s address at checkout.

  • Returns:
    Because each mailing is handmade and prepared specifically for subscribers, mail is non-returnable and non-refundable once sent.
